5.5.1. 工厂在储存过程中，若发现原物料出现包装破损时，应立即对现场进行拍照留存，隔离存放并通知品保进行检验，待工厂品保抽样后，对包装破损处进行处理，确保原物料不再裸露。若工厂品保判定为老鼠咬损，则不再对破损原物料进行检验，直接申请报废处理；若判定为其它原因造成产品包装破损，工厂品保对包装破损的原物料进行检验，若检验结果不合格，破损产品做报废处理。
