我方本着合作和谐的处理态度表示将积极寻求解决，但是从双方
第一次签署合同，直至广州在签订补充协议，到最后的广州会议，老
挝方首先未能按照合同中的质量要求向我方发货，之后又未能按照补
充协议对我们进行补偿和到最后的会议讨论中安排人员到仓库进行
测量，一直都违背合同和双方的约定。我方一直本着合作的态度积极
的协商，一直按照合同及补充协议履行我方义务，我方已做了很大让
步，并多次到达广州、老挝就解决此事耗费了很多的人力及财力。但
老挝方都不考虑我方在此次贸易中的处境和蒙受的巨额损失。
